Veracruzana

There’s a medium heat to this dish that uses a chipotle-hinted tomato sauce combined with jalapeno peppers, green peppers, green olives.

Diabla

This dish is called “diabla” due to the intense heat of the habanero pepper. Chipotle adobo adds to the smoky flavor of this red sauce.

Mexicana

One of the most common means of preparing meat, poultry and fish in Mexico, this recipe uses jalapeno peppers, tomatoes, and onions.

Al Chipotle
